It gets really annoying when I want to disable aero before playing a game. Is there a key combo that I can use to immediately put it in vista basic mode? Also, does Aero really have a big effect on game performance, like C&C generals,Medieval 2 total war etc? I have a Inspiron E1505 with a 1.83GHZ Duo processor, 2GB ram and an Nvidia GeForce go 7300
