R2 case proprietary FIO rainbow colored front panel (#7) should connect to new motherboard front panel which follows intel industry standard. such a cable may not be readily available and you may need to acquire one. NB it is not a USB 9 pin cable. The Dell stock front panel cable is too short to reach non-Dell motherboard (ATX) bottom front panel in general. If new mobo is microATX then that cable would do.
FIO USB2.0 header (#5) should connect to new motherboard USB 2.0 header. use standard USB 9 pin cable.

Apparently can connect to USB 2.0 9-pin connector based on this post by @redxps630
There will be some additional BIOS work needed to get AWCC installed.
