Aurora R10, keyboard/mouse input lagging, repeating key chaotically
My keyboard and mouse input it at times randomly lagging and randomly repeating key input (like: "My keyboarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" etc, it can also happen with backspace and delete freshly written text).
My BIOS is the latest (2.1.3), and everything is updated with the Alienware Updater.
After having tested the 3rd USB keyboard in the course of two months, I can confirm that its definitely not a faulty USB keyboard, it's the Alienware Aurora R10. At the moment im using a Dell Multimedia Keyboard similar to the KB522.
The problem seems to be similar to this XPS 15 9570 issue.
It's a serious problem.

I have not heard of this before. Which USB port is this keyboard plugged into?

I just purchased this computer today and it is sure the most expensive one I ever had. I have the exact same problem and tried with different keyboards and with different USB ports. I also uninstalled the keyboard drivers which automatically reinstalled upon restart, but nothing helped. Very frustrating.

I used to have issues with Mouse freezing up for a second or 2 at random times and then I disabled the Dell Datavault and have not had any mouse freezing issues since!

I have this issue as well. Did you ever get this resolved?

Yes, I got this resolved. After receiving no support from Dell at all, I returned this computer to the store and ever since, I keep big distance from any Del products!
