Aurora R7, Bluetooth toggle missing
Alienware Aurora R7
Hello, I have been having a reoccurring problem where my Bluetooth toggle keeps disappearing in my Bluetooth settings, making it impossible for me to use my headphones. In the past, I've been able to uninstall and reinstall my Bluetooth driver (Qualcomm QCA9377) however this time I haven't been able to get it work at all. I found that my pc hadn't been letting me to update for quite some time, but even after figuring out how to get the newest version of Windows 10 which auto-updated my Bluetooth drivers, it isn't working. I have done everything I can find to do online, is there something I am missing? After updating Windows it keeps saying "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" when i look at it in device manager. Thank you.

You can try deleting it from Device Manager, reboot, and let Windows re-PnP detect it. Let Windows toss you a new driver and let it over-write the old one.
But really, if you are having so much trouble with it, it's likely bad/flakey. Pretty sure there was another recent post about this. I posted some troubleshooting over there. IIRC, basically you can re-seat the mini-card or replace it (they are cheap).
I have an Aurora-R6. I'm running Windows-11 on it now-days. It's (Dell installed) WiFi/Bluetooth card works fine. Looks like it is an "Intel Dual Band Wireless AC-3165" .

I don't know why, but this time when uninstalling the driver, fully turning of the computer, waiting a few minutes, and then turning it back on worked. It may have been something else i did before that i didn't realize, but thanks regardless!
