Hey guys,

I own an Alienware AW2725D and recently I have got notification that there is an update (M3T102) available. I have used the USB cable and connect the monitor directly with the PC's USB (no hubs, or any external devices used). The Alien Command Center shows that it is connected then I clicked update and it started downloading the update. Then the installation started only to show the message from the screenshot attached.

I'd appreciate your help on this.
