Hi @skeyes welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
Opening post is confusing. Presume operating system is Windows 10, 64-bit. Not sure if screen works with any specific configuration discussed.
During POST (Power On Self Test) there should be diagnostic lights or beeps. In a dark room, please look at screen at an angle, to see if there is a very faint image. If yes, the screen backlight has failed, and the fix is to install new screen. Pease connect laptop's HDMI to external monitor or TV to confirm laptop provides external screen image. If external screen image does not work, please reseat the RAM cards.
I apologize about the issues you're having with your Alienware system. I hope these things can help you:
Run an ePSA test via pressing F12 when the laptop is first turned on and choose the Diagnostics option in the boot options via the arrow keys and enter key.
Send a picture of how the test went and let me know what shows up so I can further help you.
thx for the reply, i did ePSA test and all test are passed, ofc test ran while speedstep is disabled(this means leptop works 0.90ghz)(yea leptop doesnt work with 330w adapter but if i use lower adapter than 330w PC works, than i can go in bios and disable speedstep, without speedstep leptop works with 330w adapter). i think my problem is the hardware. when i checked the shortcut on the motherboard with multimeter i find a shortcut close the cpu.only find shorcut on the motherboard is cpu side rest of the motherboard is fine but idk which component is broke. still i can use AW because i disable speedstep. when its boot win10 i open Thorettlestop i set multipler 26, voltage -135mV and surprise cpu works fine stable 2.6ghz. if i try to go higher then 2.6ghz leptop turns off
This is quite late for me to be posting but I think the issue is related to an electrical short on the motherboard and if you would get that repaired it should fix the issue. I know that your warranty is probably expired by now, but you can purchase an Out of Warranty Repair:
