17 R5, left chassis light problem

Hello, I recently noticed that one of my FX lights that are on my Alienware 17 R5 is always on even if I tell it to go dark. It turns a dark blue color on my left Chassis and I have no idea what to do help please?

I think the display needs to be reconnected because of the cables that provide power and led control to the TRON lights.

Command center reinstall and check if that works.

CMOS Battery reset? Disconnect it from the system and check if that works.

Complementary metal oxide something.

it supposed to keep your BIOS configurations in case the laptop dies out of nowhere.

Okay it's not the software it's the hardware. Someone from Dell came in to replace my battery and I believe they touched the chassis light. Cause I just factory reset the computer.

Is it where the power button is or is it elsewhere because the part that glows isn't on the lid. It's where the keyboard is.

Not that I know of I had it on my lap the other time and I put FX to go dark and it glowed dark blue.

Maybe the ground is causing it to stay the same color?

It's in the rear io section of the laptop but I'd call a dell certified technician to do work on your laptop.

Update it to its latest version and try reinstalling it in safe mode.
