I love my laptop, but lately its been over 20-25 minutes to boot. I updated drivers, checked off the "RAID" option in bios, updated drivers and nada. Zilch. This thing takes an eternity to boot. I'm almost ready to fling it out the window. What gives?

Is your system an Alienware Aurora R13 Desktop or Alienware Area-51m (R1) Laptop or both? 

Intel recommends BIOS RAID is enabled irrespective of system having single or dual (C:) boot drive. 

Please visit Disk Management to check that the large OS (C:) boot drive is less than half full. The (C:) boot drive should be a M.2 NVMe SSD with large empty storage space, so that temporary files can be unpacked and expand. The DATA SSD should contain all personal and other files that are not required to be on the (C:) boot drive. How to Open Disk Management (lifewire.com)  

Please share your installed Memory RAM card size and (C:) boot drive storage capacity. Sharing an image of your Disk Management would be good, so that dell community can see what you see. How to use Snip & Sketch to take screenshots on Windows 10 October 2018 Update | Windows Central   

I am also confused as to why you chose Aurora R13 desktop? Anyway, how long have you had the Area-51m R1? Was it always a slow boot time? Turn the Area-51m R1 off. Disconnect EVERY device and cable from the Area-51m R1 except the external power cable. Turn the Area-51m R1 on. Any difference in boot time?

Hey guys, thanks for the fast response. It was late last night I run a small biz and juggling between work, organizing and trying to figure this thing out. I had it for quite some time now. I did a complete reinstall of the OS hoping it would cure this issue but it hasn't. Downloaded a slew of drivers, etc problem still persists. I have disconnected any external drives and whatever and problem still there. 20 or so min to boot is excessively long. I own several Alienwares, I am currently responding on an Aurora R13. I've had it for about 2 years and there are stretches of time I don't use it much. I have two other laptops all boot fast and fine (they are a little newer in hardware). I did replace the nvme m.2 drive with a 2 tb and added a second one. I also popped in an SSD, I removed the SSD (when I installed the os some reason it installed there) I cloned the drive to the NVME m.2 drive and disconnected the SSD (I have 3 drives, but now it's totally only 2). I
