It won’t peel off for a fact. The dust won’t enter the display casing because I have the same thing as you. I left it in a dusty room for testing and it never had the dust enter it.

between upper case and side case there is no obvious gap, so I hope nothing will peel off :)))))

side viewside viewside view2, no obvious gap between casesside view2, no obvious gap between cases

It's your choice, but with a brand-new system this defect would have me returning it for replacement.

I've used it for ten months so returning for replacement is not a choice.

Alright then, but I will seal the gap with tape just in case.

Make sure it’s tape that matches your screen back color if you want a seem less finish.

haha true, but when I have time I still gonna contact customer center and fix it.

BTW, is your computer which shared the same minor problem as mine also a M15 R2? or R1?

Alright, I took a look at R3 review, it basically used the same model except better hardware. So ur experience should work for mine.
