From then every seconds it falls very badly (frame drops).I was facing this issue from the day 1 of purchase of laptop. Please help me out. And also some games are aren't optimizing in Nvidia GeForce Experience Application.

Have you checked your thermals?
that causes thermal throttling and thus making performance bad.
Id also update all my drivers and see if that works.

Just feel the exhaust when it’s being loaded and then check the top palmrest area near the Tobii eye tracker and then feel if it gets burning hot.
Or you could use the Alienware command center and see your temps?

Is intel cpu turbo boost enabled in you computer?
I had to install and enable turbo boost on my 15 r3, to stop dropping frame rates. "I done this after" I brought the Alienware Graphics Amplifier, but was still having problems. Then I worked out, I did not have turbo boost installed in my system.
I made a thread about it, if you would like to read it, you can read over it at the link below also it might give you some tips how to attack your problem. My system has dropped (10 deg c) since I have done the upgrades, and everything runs smooth as now in games.
Also make sure you have the computer set to performance in your bios/uefi.

Set the fans to full speed and then set the cpu clock speed to 3.2Ghz.
