m15 R3, broken by BIOS update

<That 2018 thread was for the different model 2015 15 R1, not your 2020 m15 R3. Started your own thread. DELL-Admin>

Same issue on 2 different m15 R3. Who should I contact?

If your systems have issue and they are under warranty, click on Get Help Now button on lower right of this screen.  Note that software issue might not be covered under warranty.
