m15 R3, crashes fuzzy screen when using Premiere Pro

I purchased this laptop three months ago and it's been great. I mainly use it as a video editing laptop, using Premiere Pro and After Effects. It's been working absolutely fine, but over the last two weeks, it keeps crashing while trying to export videos. 

The screen pixelates and freezes, and then the laptop restarts. It also happened when I tried to play a game (see image below). 

I ran some diagnostics tests via the Dell website. The quick test showed no issues, so I ran a full test, and halfway through, it crashed in exactly the same way. I figured it might be a GPU issue, but again, no issues are being reported.

I've updated all of the drivers, and all of the software, but the issue still happens. I checked the Event Viewer and it said "WHEA-Logger...A fatal hardware error has occured." It's not overheating. 

I have no idea what else to try!
