m15 R3, refurbished, question regarding LCD

Hi, I recently bought a refurbished alienware m15 R3 through the Dell Outlet store. When I receive it, it has a pressure mark on the LCD which shows on dark or greyish background. I don't know whether the warranty cover this since the m15 R3 only arrived about 4 days ago. If the warranty doesn't cover the pressure mark, how much is the out of the pocket cost do I need to pay for the LCD replacement? I have a m15 R3 with 2070 Super and 300Hz LCD. I'm planning to change or replace it to 144Hz to get best battery life. Thank you in advance for your support!

If the defect showed out of the box, get that on record with Dell now -- and ask for a refund or a replacement system.

Hi @CaramelLatte  welcome to this user to user forum. This is not Dell Support. 

Dell refurbished laptops from the Dell Outlet store have the same purchase guarantees as if it is a new Dell laptop. If the condition of this laptop is not as advertised, the order can be cancelled within 21 days of invoice date. You should be given the option of a replacement or a full refund.

Note: the return period for Outlet/refurbished systems is not 30 days.  It is 21 days from the date the system ships.
