m15 R7, only one Balanced power option in AWCC?

Click on the plug icon in AWCC Fusion.

There should be NEW PROFILE option and click on + (plus) to create new profile.

In your earlier post on 17-08-2023 10:36 AM there is image of NEW PROFILE option. 

Please Click on the + (plus) to create new profile with new name. 

 

@crimsom​ yeah I am clicking after that there is option to create new profile but there is only balanced power option as shown in this picture

If you have an older version of Alienware Command Center, it gets updated automatically to the latest version from Microsoft Store. You must ensure that the Microsoft Store update is turned on. If there is an update, when you launch the Alienware Command Center application, a message that states Additional components required is displayed. The additional components are automatically fetched from Microsoft Store. Wait for the installation to complete and restart the computer if required. 

Revisit AWCC Fusion power profile to check if it has update. 

There is also option to Change Power Plan in Windows 11 Tutorial | Windows 11 Forum (elevenforum.com).  

@crimsom I am trying to find that out in Microsoft store but there is awcc app showing after search. i posted the version of awcc in my laptop is it that latest version?

The High-performance mode only shows when using Overdrive Mode, or performance mode, as of now. 
Also make sure to select Best Performance under Settings > Power & Battery > Power Mode
