m16 R2, I2C HID Device issue, touchpad not working

Hi guys!

I'm having Alienware M16 R2. Suddenly my touchpad stopped working. Things I've tried so far:
Disabled and re-enabled the I2C HID Device.

Uninstalled the device- rebooted the system still same issue.

BIOS are updated, anyway tried to 'Load Defaults BIOS'.

No drivers related to touchpad are there in Dell's website for this laptop.

Reinstalling the last Windows update.

Weird thing - When I disable the device and restart my laptop the touchpad works. Just the gestures don't work and upon checking the device manager the I2C HID Device is indeed disabled there, but if I enable it again trackpad again stops working completely.

Below hardware IDs are being utilized by the I2C HID Device.

ACPI\VEN_06CB
*VEN_06CB

@DELL-Jesse L

As I mentioned earlier, I’ve tried all these things which are there on major forums and websites. None of these worked for me.

As for warranty- my warranty ended this May thats why I came here looking for solutions/help from community or someone who might have solved this.
