m17 R4, FN +AlienFX not working

On my Alienware m17 R4 Laptop:

My ALIEN FX key doesn't work anymore since I did a "reset this pc" through windows;

-All other FN keys works as soon as I open Windows 11;
-The AlienFX Key only works when the Alien Command Center is open;
-As soon as I close the Alien Command Center, the AlienFX key doesn't work

I contacted Dell support; the agent asked me do to a couple of things, including:

1.-Make sure my BIOS is upo to date. Check.

 - Make sure your drivers are up to date. Check.

2. - "To type "lodcrt /r" in the command prompt" and it said:
(Error: Unable to rebuild performance counter setting from system backup store, error code is 5)...

3. -The agent asked me to: Download the Following file but "Do not install it yet",:Alienware Command Center (AWCC) version 5.5.26.0"

-ThenI properly followed the steps:

-I removed all the files as described by the agent, double-checked to be sure.

 - When I open the previously downloaded file, it opens the Alienware Command Center Package Manager, with the following options again:
-Add packages
-Repair
-Uninstall
(In french on my computer, since my PC is setup in french)

-I tried "add packages", didn't change anything; then I tried "repair" (and restarted my pc); it didn't do anything, it just reinstalled the commande center.

Tried updating a couple of things, didnt work..........everything is up to date.

A crying emoji goes here... 

Note that through every step, I tried the AlienFX key; all other FN keys (T-PAD, light, sound, Prt Scrn, etc.) still worked, even when the command center was uninstalled...

Why is it only the "ALIENFX" key not working with the FN function when the command center is not opened and what should I do to resolve the issue?
