@DELL-Jesse L Motherboard is getting replaced tomorrow... I hope. It died completely and no longer boots no matter what I try and do. 1 Amber Light, 8 White light flashes

Recently bought the 16X Aurora AC16251 with the 275HX - RTX 5070 - 32GB RAM. I’ve owned it for just over 2 weeks now.
First initial BIOS, 1.2.0 and the newly released 1.3.2 BIOS. This has happened Can’t get past this constant cycle of trying to boot. The only way to fix it is by removing all the screws and hope I don’t damage it by removing the back cover. Unplug the battery > reconnect and it works again!
Extremely frustrating and time consuming. And running the risk of damaging tabs as I pry off the cover. ( yes I use a plastic pry tool for this).
I just had the motherboard replaced yesterday (08/07/25) UK. And this still continues. BIOS is at its default settings.
No overclocks, pure stock. Why? Poor build quality?
I haven’t been able to use this machine tidy for 2 weeks and the constant back and forth chatting to Dell via Live Chat. (fair play to them they have been OK ).
Can’t post a video here but I’ve created a post on Reddit linked below and uploaded a video to YouTube.
@Chino de Oro Maybe, it depends on what the outcome is first, another user has posted on Reddit with the same similar problem. So it could be a global issue… I’ll wait until someone from the Alienware team contacts me first or until Dell-Cares sends me a message, they tried contacting me by private messenger once and all my messages go ignored
Hundred of issue posts versus million of units sold may not be considered a global issue. Unless the technician did not close your ticket due to failed test after work done, you need to use GHN button for Dell support to contact you.
If motherboard replacement could not resolved the issue, it seems that the electrical short could be on the chassis from improper grounding.

@Atomfix Just happened to me this morning, I'm starting to think this is a global issue. I'm from S.E.A btw.
