PC model?, AWCC, not showing Memory/CPU overview tabs Fusion tab

I'm unable to view the options for memory and cpu overviews, any solutions to this?

I tried updating the software, redownloading the software, updating the bios, nothing works

I would like to change my ram speed from 2933MHz to 3200MHz, tried updating the ram speed on the BIOS, but the option was greyed out. Then did some research, which let me to this, where the AWCC should give me the option to update my ram speed?

The Dell board does not allow that. Read your model's service manual online at Dell Support for an explanation about ram speeds.

That is not Dell command center. It's a Nvidia program. Note the logo .

Hi @Xala  welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.

Please click on Product Support to get system Model and Revision Number. Open your system documentation, and open system manual. Open Memory options to see if your system supports change ram speed from 2933Mhz to 3200Mhz. Grayed out BIOS option suggests that different RAM cards are required, use Crucial Advisor tool

Hi @Xala , I highly recommend trying @Mary G Reply and messaging back to see what happens.

All,

Some confusion here. That is the AWCC Fusion. Changed the title. What we do not know is the Alienware or Inspiron G model? Depending on the PC model, you may not be able to change the ram speed.

See these threads =
