re: m15 R3, new drive, can’t restore Windows 11 to the factory state

I have the following problem. On my Alienware m15 R3 laptop, the original storage drive has failed, and I can no longer restore Windows 11 as it was from the factory, with all the preinstalled Dell applications and the Alienware desktop wallpaper. I also want the Alienware Command Center application to work properly.

In short, I can’t install Windows 11 so that it looks and works exactly like it did from the factory — with all the preinstalled apps and the Dell-provided wallpaper. Please, I am asking for your help. How can I do this?

I tried installing Windows 11 using SupportAssist OS Recovery, but it only installs a clean version of Windows 11. I want the installation to be exactly like it was from the factory, with all the preinstalled applications and the wallpaper from Dell.

I want Windows 11 to be exactly like it was when I first bought the laptop, including the Alienware Command Center working properly.

I tried installing Windows 11 using SupportAssist OS Recovery, but it only installs a clean version of Windows without the Dell apps and settings.

Please help me — how can I install the system exactly like it was from the factory?
