perc 5i in a 2950

hi can anyone help as my perc 5/I just dropped its configuration whilst I was reinstalling server 2008r2, it wouldn't boot past perc so I removed the drives to see if that was the problem, when I restarted all it shows is no configuration, all drives are in the right positions, trouble is I need the information on the oter partitions
