Post-upgrade error message.
Hi, All
After an upgrade from 3.1.1 to 4.0.1 there is the following message, appearing in ControlCenter and Putty (SSH) window:
"The cluster has completed the upgrade from 3.1.1-1207-703-13222 -1 to 4.0.1-2958-968-20593 40110 with service level U. There were failed post actions: All nodes online postcheck (4.0-119). Hardware failures postcheck (4.0-119). Incompatible configuration cleanup check action (4.0-119)."
(the text is placed in "Message of the day")
The upgrade looks like completed successefully.
The commands output of:
"Upgrade postcheck" and "Show upgrade actions" is ok.
When Running CDoctor/NTT script, it tells:
"state=[ok,running,upgrade_check_failed] type=[none,ok,upgrade_check_failed] stage=[done,ok,upgrade_check_failed]"
All nodes are online and has the same 4.0.1 code, no "failures".
What's wrong? How to check and cleanup the message?
Is it enough just to clean up the "Message of the day"?

Informatio is not an ASN but as we manage more than 30 systems I get all kind of messages after upgrades like the one you mention.
So far nothing prevented such systems from operating normally.
I don't know why these messages appear as I would assume the upgrade procedures contain all necesary steps for a successful completion.
Best regards, Holger

I've performed all the steps according to the Procedure Generator. All the after-upgrade steps are completed successefully.
In CenteraViewer all nodes are online, no faults, firmware the same.

In this case I would just wait and see if no alert emails are generated. If not you should really be all set.

But the customer worries about error messages in ControlCenter.
