AX-100 Flare
Hello everyone,
I have presently Flare version 02.19.100.5.029. I have downloaded the final storage system software 02.19.100.5.048, install it, reboot the SAN, Flare version is still the same 02.19.100.5.029, any idea why ? Also note that i have disconnected all servers connected to the SAN.

Thank you for your reply. In the picture below, i got the error after the upgrade and i think the software did not installed. The SAN is now in maintenance mode, no virtual disk, no disk pool. Why i'm not able to update to last firmware.

As you said, the flare upgrade failed, you should contact support to determine why it failed before attempting to retry.
