sure, if the same HBA is logged-in ok to other ports ..points to zoning.

What is the status of the HBA logged-in on the switch?

Indeed, it seems like an issue with zoning.
- Please, check the zoning.
- Please, check if the HBA initiators are showing in the zoneset.
- If yes, please activate zoneconfig file or particular zoneset and then Reconnect on Unisphere.
