CX4 Clone RaidGroup LUN?
Is it possible to create a Clone a RaidGroup LUN? If I recall, in the past I attempted to create a clone of a RAIDGroup LUN but was unable to do so. Most of our LUNs are created in Storage Pools, however I have a request to perform a Clone of a RaidGroup LUN. I don't remember the exact issue, but remember having problems doing this. Does this ring a bell with anyone?

should be fine. snapview clone feature came out when there were no such thing as pool LUNs.

You need to have Snapview installed on the array to get the Clone feature to work. I've attached the Snapview Clone White Paper - it's a bit old, but most of the information is still valid
