DAE4P Won't recognize 2TB Drives

Just picked up a 2nd-hand DAE4P  (CX-4PDAE-DE) and it refuses to recognize 2tb drives.... The lights on the drives remain yellow.  The DAE is fine with 1TB or below drives.  On the same CX3-40, I have another DAE... exact same model number which is running just fine with 2TB drives....

Any ideas?
