Web interface unavailable on AX4-5I
Hi,
Our current SAN is an AX4-5I, and in the past i've been able to get onto the web interface of Navisphere Express to create Virtual Disks and the like. However as of yesterday when i tried to access it via IP, i was not able to get to it.
I am able to ping it succesfully, the SAN is having no issues running, and all of our VMs that are on the SAN are up. But the web interface will not load.
I saw another thread here that said to restart the SPs one by one, but besides hitting the power button i can't think of a way of doing this. The sys admin before me did not setup the CLI for this SAN.
Is it possible that the IP address for the web interface has changed somehow? If so whats the easiest way to find it? I checked our DHCP leases, and i did not find it in that list.
Or is there any other solution out there that does not involve hard booting the SAN? This makes me worry about data loss and potential damage to VMs on that SAN if thats the only option.
Thanks for any advice,
Nick
