create zone for ESXi cluster hosts

HI,

• we have migrate all our phyical servers (apps) to vmware.
• we have 3 Proliant servers which has ESXi installed
• We have a vCenter installed and have to cluster three hosts for HA & DRS
• We have Clariion CX4-120 with SATA disks
• We have Brocade DS-300B fibre switches

I need some guidance on how to setup the zones in the switch. Do I need to create zones with different ESX host or should I create one zone for the cluster ???

Also how can I create a shared LUN ??
