I would like to make a complaint against the service I so poorly recieved from the technical and customer support team.

In a time that I am in dire need of you services as a student with a broken laptop, you have made me broken promises of communication and there have been outrageous delays in the technical support I was expected to receive.

I have wasted so much time waiting around for you to contact me which you said you would numerous times and then never did.

I have also spent far too much money contacting in times where I should not have being having to get in contact and I want this money reimbursed.
