Inspiron 14 7430 2-in-1, worst computer ever

I bought this 1000 dollar new Inspiron 14 7430 2-in-1 6 months ago. BRAND NEW. It is the inspiron that folds into an ipad. Worst computer I have ever had. Even worse than my school laptop that costs 25$. Only 6 months into having it, when it was supposed to last me majority of my four years at college, but it has stopped doing the only stipulation i had. I wanted a computer was a touch screen and preferably could fold into an ipad. I got this one and was very excited until a week ago my touchscreen stopped functioning. My computer is DELETING its own hardware (HID-compliant touch screen driver). Dell has told me to do a hard restart, which makes the touch screen work for a few hours until it is gone again. THey ahd me perform a whole factory reset were it worked for about 5 days and has stopped working 5 times in the past 12 hours. Dell doesn't know what they are doing and won't take the initiative to fix my laptop. Like at this point, a replacement would be amazing but they won't ever do that because they just want your money in turn for a laptop.
