Missing Dell Reward Points

Good morning,

I recently exchanged some of my ARP to use (7.6) and it has not been reflected on my account. Since then, I also received $5 Dell Reward Points (7.10) that has not reflected on my account. I exchanged my ARP for $20 DRP and since then, my account has been acting up.  I initially had $45 on my account prior, so with the missing $25, it should total to $70. When trying to look at my account balance, it doesn’t show the $45, but I am able to apply it at checkout.
