Missing Dell Rewards Points
Hello,
I am writing to request a review of my missing Dell Rewards Points after the May update caused them all to vanish, per the pinned post's instructions.
I would appreciate some assistance with restoring my balance, as I have accumulated a large amount through years of AWA tasks, and would love to upgrade to a new Dell/Alienware monitor at some point.

You sent me a DM saying "Due to migration, the rewards are displaying incorrect information at the moment. Please give 3-5 business days, as the issue is being worked upon. Incase issue persist, please drop a message. We will be happy to help"
This issue was NOT resolved after 3 business days. The DM conversation closed after 3 days and I cannot send a message anymore. Please reopen the conversation or send me another DM
