Missing Dell Rewards

Hello,

Recently I lost my dell reward points. I had some accumulated and then suddenly got a balance of $0. After some time, some of them came back but not all of them. I was hoping the rest will be added to my account eventually but I am still missing $50 of my rewards. I was hoping you could help me out solve this issue.
