Packaging for Smart Servers and Arrays

Is there a reason why Dell now ship their SmartServers and Arrays inside boxes without plastic moisture protection around the hardware.

We recently had some moisture migration on some new units and its caused a bit of an issue within the business.

Is there a recommended shipping process that should be followed, considering the ISO Umbrella with rain drops printed on your boxes.

Can you clarify please.
