Return request unavailable – “Return/Replace Items” button greyed out

I received the product on March 25 (5 days ago), but I noticed that a new version (with a new CPU and screen) was released on March 20. Therefore, I would like to return this one and purchase the new version.

However, the “Return/Replace Items” button is greyed out and shows the message: “Not available at this point in the order process.”

Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to proceed?

I have some issues related to my order number that need to be handled by the forum moderators. They asked me to send them this information via private message, but I don’t know how to do that because there is no option to send a private message in my interface. What should I do?
