this is a message to whom ever is sending me a private message... I can not figure out how to message you back. I tried replying but the its saying address is not found.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

 

 

None of us can assist properly until you tell us which specific Dell computer model?
How long have you had this Dell computer model?
When did the issue first appear?
What operating system updated did you do PRIOR to the issue appearing?

honestly i am getting . this is ridiculous. this should not be happening to my computer but it is. and now i have to pay for it to get fixed? y’all are funny. nd this website is me off even more for not being user friendly. how do i even access my private messages? where is that? the only place i see it is on my personal email which i cant reply to because it says the address is not found. IM VERY . FIX IT.

give me an email where i can reach you, when i reply to the one sent to my email it says address not found. this site isnt user friendly at all. cant figure out anything.

its been 3 days now without any network, my wifi works fine at home. I have not caused this. this is a dell software problem.I shouldn’t have to pay for it to get fixed. I saw online its been happening to a lot of people, and it’s unacceptable. I need my computer fixed. I have been waiting on a call for hours now. if someone sends a private message please walk me through how to see my messages but this website isn’t user friendly at all.

No idea about the mobile site. On a PC, you have to sign into the Forum to see your icon, bell, envelope.

* Left mouse click the blue circle left of your name Aly

the website should be made to be more user friendly, on mobile. I had to ask someone to let me borrow a computer because mine doesn't have any network due to a dell problem. Thank you for your help, I found it. I have replied to a dell moderator message.

I am now being ignored because I wont pay for a warranty that i do not need. I havent had it for a year and my computer was fine. but now my software (which is a dell problem) suddenly wants to stop working and i am not able to connect the computer to wifi. now I have to pay for them to help me fix a problem that they have probably installed in their system, because a lot of other customers have been complaining about the same thing.
