DPA field as a variable

Hi,

I need to create a report that contains a date (eg Jan 12) as the column header within a report. For example, % success rate for jobs for the last  3 months with the column header Jan 12, Dec 11 and Nov 11. These dates would change if the report was run next month.

Is there a way to set the column header as a variable.
