Error -6999 'ModulePrime(IAEXDM)'
hi!
I am finding an error in IAEXDM and I can not solve, need more aidtechnique, removed the log in seuinte EventView.
FATAL ERROR -- EXITING PROCESS, context 'ModulePrime(IAEXDM)', IA error -6999, file .\XPixSafe.cpp, function PixSafeMemoryRegion::DecrementUse, line 423, stack 00575BFF-004FE789-005287A9-005294AA-004D2C82-004D2FD7-004D03A4-004D5B23-004DE55C-004DE1F4-00588781-00588826-77C29F42-77C29F15-.

Hi ElyFrank,
Would you please specify more details on that error , when it happens , under which circumstances, what is the version you are using , is this from the Event viewer only , what about the DPA logs ?
More information will be useful to identify the root causes of this message.

Hi Ahmed Bahaa,
The error occurs when I turn on the Documentum Advanced Export module, the version of IAEXDTM is 6.02, but how do I view the logs DPA?

Hi Ely,
Each DPA process has an associated log file that provides important information when troubleshooting problems, The server process logs are generated in the following locations ( for default installations):
UNIX
/var/log/emc/dpa/
Windows
C:\Program Files\emc\dpa\log\
Also did you tried to restart the Documentum Advanced Export Module Service, may be this will solve the problem.
