Error communicating with Reporter
Hi,
Since yesterday we have issues with our DPA and running Reports.
Everytime we try to run a simple Report like licensing information, we get the Error message "Error communicating with Reporter"
We´ve stopped and started DPA several times but nothing solved this error.
Also raising the debuglevel of reporter Process did show nothing in the logfiles.
Maybe anyone has experience with this Error?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The issue has been solved with increasing the Memory limits within DPA.

could you explain where you do this in dpa

Hi Deb2,
You can change these settings in DPA within System Settings. There you can adjust everything you need, like Java Memory heap-limits, concurrent reporter workes, debugging ....
If that is what you want to do in the GUI, go to File > System Settings > publisher/reporter/collector......
