Could you run the Media Details report (can be found in the menu under Media Management, Details, All) and look at the entries for these 2 new volumes and see if the "Used" column contains 0?
If they do then I believe this is a bug which we have seen recently (Bug DPA-8896) and fixed in DPA 5.8 which was released on Tuesday (31st May). The bug was that we were incorrectly only including volumes in the count that had a used size, and would therefore be ignoring these volumes. This has been corrected in DPA 5.8 to count on the Volume ID field instead.

Yes, they are not used volumes on those new pools, therefore I think we are facing the bug you mentioned.
We had plans to migrate to 5.7.1, but we will migrate to 5.8 instead.
