How do I get these devices to report into OME?  I am running Openmanage Essentials 2.2.1 and I think I just do the following:

1. Login OME

2. Go to manage

3. Go to discover and inventory

4. click add discovery range

5. Enter a group name and hosts or IPs

6. Click next select PowerVault MD Array

But can not get the tape libraries to respond.  Ideas?
