I'm trying do update OME from 1.2 to 2.0 but it's failing, it hangs at "Publishing Essentials application is IIS." and then starts to uninstall OME.

It's a typical installation (just changed the install directory to "E:\Dell" when installed OME 1.2) on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 with SQL 2012 Express.

I found at ASPNETSETUP the logs below:

I returned the server to a snapshot prior to upgrade. The "InstallUtil.log" is attached to this post.
