Can you get a Precision T1700 desktop to boot to a SSD NVMe PCI Express card

​I recently got a Intel 750 PCI Express card and was hoping to make it the primary drive in my computer. Does anyone know how to configure these in the bios to be bootable. I have played around with setting the Bios to use UEFI, but it still won't see the drive. I can see the drive configured in its PCI slot, and my old windows setup can see the drive and use it. But I do want to make this drive bootable... ​
