Actually, you get it back by installing the Dell Solution Center if you are using Windows ME. This is on a resource disk or available as a download. If you are using XP, kiss it goodbye. It is non-functional in XP, and installing the XP version of the Solution Center will not restore it. Also if using XP be sure to udate to the XP2 bios to avoid error messages regarding the 'e' button.
yes, KV23 is right. You can install from Resource CD or download from Dell Support website. The function of this button by Default is to launch Dell Support website, not much to play about.
