How to Tell What Form Factor My Desktop Is?
I have a Optiplex 755. I have contacted Dell about ordering some parts for this desktop and they insist they need know what the form factor is, which is seems to be just the normal size desktop, it's not a mini tower. They told me to type my service tag in to find out what my form factor is, but i don't see any description of that. Is it on the mother board?

You should edit the post and remove your service tag.
You have a Mr Smith Tower.
Details based on service tag

You would know yours is a "mini" tower when you stood it up next to a "full" tower ... yours is much smaller than a full tower.

Your order details indicate the Mini Tower (the top one from the list below):

I'm surprised they could not tell from the Service Tag.
(Now edit your post to remove your Service Tag, as it is not allowed on the Forums ... for privacy reasons.)
