Inspiron 24 500
I have just purchased a Inspiron 24 5000, turned the computer on 2 hours ago and it it still telling me Just a Moment
How long does this take to load up?

WestJ77,
Did the computer ever load to the Windows login screen? If not, turn it off and restart the computer. Let me know if it is working or not.

I had to return computer to purchaser as this never got past the logo of Dell just kept saying " Just a Moment". Tried turning off and on several times to get to the set up and repair screen and it would go to blank screen. New computer works fine now.
maybe produced on a Monday!!!
