Desktop Client DocApp install Error

Hi, Durring the install of Desktop client docapp i am getting following error. ERROR: The DocApp 'DcDesktopClient' is locked by another user. Please advise? Thanks,

Can you please unlock the object and try to install docapp again, hopefully it will work!

Just cancle check out from DA. Or get the object id of checked out object and run following api,unlock,c. good luck!

can you login through da and check at this location Cabinets/System/Applications/DcDesktopClient is locked by any user..
