System Error

Question

I did a search on the keywords 'workflow transition condition', I got several hits. When I tried to access the first result in the hit list, I got 'System Error'. This error is repeatable. Below is the link causing the error. That link does give system error and it looks kind of long so I doubt it is correct one (or what is supposed to be). I tried forum search for what you have said 'without nailing down search to specific forum' and I got 'General EMC Documentum Download Center Request' in return
