PS4100 SD failure
I had one of the SD cards fail in a controller, so I bought a new SD and cloned the still working one to the new SD, and now the controller with the original SD is in a boot loop, but the new SD works perfectly. Is there a setting in the files on the SD that I need to change to allow one as standby

In the storage manager thing it just shows controller unknown, I have tried a few times but have been unable to get a serial connection to the controller via putty (Control Module 12)
Do you have any recommendations on how to pull the errors?

Hello,
Serial cable will be the best way. 9600,n,8,1. Don't use a cisco serial cables, and the cable either has to be a crossover or you need an adapter.

@Interstellar_pi Well I can see the problem. The coin cell is not big deal but the C2F (Cache-to-Flash) module is defective. That (or the controller) has to be replaced. The C2F is a board that sits on top of the controller, made up of a bunch of capacitors. Which over time fail.
