I just tried to access the Site, received the same Error , site ist still not accessible, I alrewady raised  ticket

I received an update regarding my ticket.

Here is the advisement from them :

1. On your computer, open Chrome*.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools/ Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data
7. Close your browser
8. Log in via the Partner Portal**:

https://www.delltechnologies.com/partner/en-us/auth/training-and-competencies.htm

1. Click Enter the Partner Academy

Be sure , if using IE (please use an actual version) , that you deleted all items in Cache like cookies, saved infos, etc. close the IE, then Open up , use the link which is provided in the advisement, then log in on the Partner Academy, setup your settings, navigate to your MY TRAINING Tab and you`re good to go, happy learning and good luck for upcoming exams
