Audio problem with dell

I have Dell laptop Inspiron 14 5000 Series 5468 model. When I switched on my laptop automatically Maxx Audio pro has come  and automatically switch it in headphone mode when I didn't plug my earphone in audio jack. Laptop speaker sound not work at that time. When I switched my laptop day after tomorrow or another day laptop speaker automatically work. After an hour speak sound not working. Then at that time when i plug in earphone sound came from earphone jack but when I plug out. Then I palyed any song laptop speaker sound will not work. It happens another day also 

I check my audio driver. It ok .

And audio driver also already updated but laptop speaker not working.

I am assuming windows 10 is on the computer....

Please uninstall latest Realtek-High-Definition-Audio-Driver (version 6.0.8895.1, A16) from computer.

Go to Settings>>Apps & features>>Realtek audio driver>>Uninstall

To Reinstall: Select Dell model number>> correct operating system>> download Realtek Audio driver

If refreshing latest audio driver doesn't fix the problem:

Expand Realtek Audio Driver in drivers & downloads page, try an older version of the Audio driver to see if it will make a difference.

If none of the above troubleshooting steps doesn't fix Audio driver, then it's time to reinstall windows.
